I am interested in creating three-dimensional works, which speak to the collective experience of being.  I am looking to achieve the experience of viewing my works conjures one to remember of being a part of life in the Universe.

I make my works using simple and everyday tools, methods and materials that available to any person. I work both in large installations and small works. I make sculptures by layering translucent sheets of paper into various shapes.  Some are layered and tied to form flower-like shapes and attached to  the wall or hang from the ceiling.  Some of the sheets of paper are glued on one side. Others are elongated cocoon-like forms that are mounted diagonally from the ceiling.

These white forms at first appear motionless, but as the eye travels through the shape, the viewer may sense an organic rhythm, as though enveloped within a breath, a heartbeat, that reflect a primeval life movement within themselves.
